What a true inspiration, August was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia or AML in the summer of 2021. He has been doing chemotherapy ever since and is currently in his 4th round. August is a very active 12 yr old kid. He loves to play sports; especially football, basketball and baseball. He also loves to play video games. He loves spending time with his friends, which he has a lot of because he is kind to everyone. Being at the hospital so much is hard because he really misses his family. He loves spending time with his three brothers and little sister.
